Yes, at Deerfield Apartments and Townhomes, we understand that your
furry four legged friend is a much a part of your family as anything. We
do require that it be a non-aggressive breed.
Do you offer the convenience of online payment?
Yes, we do offer residents of Deerfield Apartments and Townhomes the
convenience of paying their bills online either with a credit card or
through their checking or savings account. Go to

In which school district are you located?
We are located in the West Clermont School District, an excellent rated school district.
Are restaurants nearby?
Yes, we are located within walking distance to a variety of
restaurants. In fact, we are located right across the street from
Eastgate Mall, where you'll find plenty of
dining and shopping venues. Check out our Area Attractions page for a small list of places to visit in the area.
Can I rent the clubhouse for special events?
Yes, as a resident, you can rent the clubhouse for special events.
